I think the most difficult part of my job right now is keeping a discipline of time on my work. My work is home-based now and I do most of the things online. The only people who I need to answer to are my customers who basically look for that final delivery date that I promised them. The biggest benefit I get from having my own business and working at home (or rather anywhere I want) is that I am flexible with my schedule and my location - the so called dream job! But the biggest challenge is keeping away from all the distractions of home (or again, wherever I am working from) to concentrate on those few hours a day that I need to do my work. It's easy to push a task back later in the day because I want to go spend the day with my friend, or I see a good movie on TV in the mid-afternoon.
Nothing is ever perfect in this world, yeah? But to me, it's a small compromise, given that I have given up an 18 year-career in the corporate jungle for a small home-based business doing what I love most. So if you're asking me what the most fun part is. Well, it's really being able to do what I love most!
